Eii File Transfer Extension: Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Eii File Transfer.

• Use of Service

  • You may upload up to 20 files, 500 MB total.
  • Files are available for download for 10 minutes.
  • Files and codes are automatically deleted after 15 minutes.
  • Prohibited files (e.g., executables, scripts, installers) are not allowed.

• Restrictions

  You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful, malicious, or prohibited files.
  • Use the service for illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass restrictions or interfere with system operations.

• Premium Services

  In the future, we may introduce premium features such as larger file limits or extended storage. These may require account registration and payment. Additional terms will apply.

• Data Handling

  We do not permanently store your files. Files are automatically erased after the expiration period. Account-related data (when introduced) will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• Disclaimer of Warranties

  Eii File Transfer is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding availability, speed, or reliability.

• Limitation of Liability

  We are not responsible for data loss, unauthorized access, or damages arising from use of the service.

• Changes to Terms

  We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
